If you're a moderator on the platform, you can be notified when new questions are posted so you can review them.
Go to your administration portal and search on the top bar for users, and click into the moderator account you'd like to ensure gets notifications for new questions.
Once you're viewing your account, click on the "Moderator" tab...and there you can see an option under "Assignemnt Conditions" where you can choose to be assigned to new questions and notified when they're posted. See here:
Once you've set those settings as you'd like, you'll be notified of new questions as they're posted.
You need to have the "Moderator" role to see those settings options. You can see instruction here on how to become a moderator.
