We've seen that having some site-wide helpful FAQs on your site has conversion impact (we'll be able to show you in your conversion tracking reports).....so we encourage you to post at least 5-10 general FAQs that are just useful to your customers, so that Answerbase can present great answers to these common questions all around your site. Generally there is a short list of questions that are relevant to all your shoppers, that build confidence and help them convert....you probably have your own in mind but we do have a list of ideas if it's helpful.

If you'd like to post general FAQs that are relevant to all products on your site.....you can do that from your Answerbase administration site.
1) Go to Administration Dashboard
On your Answerbase administration dashboard, on the right side you'll see how many current Site-Wide FAQs you have published now and also a link to create more as seen here:
Click that link and you'll be brought to a form to create site-wide valuable FAQs.
2) Form to Post 5-10 Valuable FAQs
You'll see an easy form to post a question title and then the answer as seen here:
Once you've added the first Q&A pair...just click on the "Post Q&A and Post Another" and follow that process till you've posted at least 5....just make sure they're actually helpful. Put yourself in the mind of your customers, what would be helpful for them to know about your business and your policies...that is helpful and gives them confidence in purchasing from you (again, see a list of ideas here).
Once you're on your last one...you can just click the "Post Q&A" and it'll pop you back to the dashboard. You'll then be able to see the number of published site-wide Q&A's in that same section here:
We have seen that having site-wide Q&A's that are helpful to the visitor has engagement and conversion attribution, and you'll be able to see that within your conversion tracking reports (under "Reports > Conversions" in your admin site).....so just do a good/helpful job with that content and it will pay dividends for you.
